Xcel Energy this month named Paul Johnson vice president of Investor
Relations and Financial Management.
Johnson will have responsibility for Investor Relations, Budget and
Financial Forecasting, and Business Area Finance. Previously, he was
managing director of Investor Relations and assistant treasurer. Johnson
has held a variety of other financial positions with Xcel Energy over
his 28 years with the company.

well known in the industry and I am confident that he will continue to
effectively serve the company and our critical stakeholders in the

Johnson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Winona
State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In
addition, he has completed the CFA program and has passed the CPA and
CMA exams.
